Screening
We evaluate your product against our partnership principles and the realities of the Israeli market.
Exclusive Representation Agreement
Once we are convinced, we sign an exclusive representation agreement for Israel.
Distributor Search
Within a defined six-month window, we identify and approach the most suitable Israeli distributors.
Facilitation & Negotiation
We support communication, regulatory discussions, meetings and commercial negotiations on your behalf.
Distribution Agreement
A binding agreement is signed between you and the selected Israeli distributor.
Ongoing Representation
We continue to represent your interests in Israel — following performance, supporting launch activities and keeping the partnership on track.

Alongside our representation work, we develop our own line of natural-based health products — combining well-researched branded ingredients from leading European suppliers into focused, effective formulations.
Our first products are currently in development, in areas including cognitive support and oral health.

I am a pharmacist, and for 45 years I founded and led an Israeli healthcare company, until its sale. Over those years I built deep, practical expertise in bringing healthcare products to market — and in knowing when not to.
My experience spans pharmaceuticals, medical devices, dental products, dermocosmetics and nutraceuticals, with a particular focus on business development, distribution and strategic partnerships in the Israeli healthcare market.
Pharmatz is where that experience now goes: representing a limited number of manufacturers I genuinely believe in, and building natural health brands I would confidently recommend. I work independently and partner only where there is real alignment in values and long-term objectives.
